I stay in this hotel everytime I visit Bangkok now as this is the best value and best location for the price.

Everything. Staff extra friendly and super helpful. Lovely roof pool and bar. Fantastic breakfast with a vast selection of Asian and Western foods to choose from. Super comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Great location.

Excellent value for money.

Excellent value for money. Very comfy bed, nice room, great rooftop pool and breakfast. Only criticism - one staff member on the door gave inaccurate advice regarding the Grand palace- we were on our way there and he said it would be closed until noon, so we waited and went in the afternoon to discover it actually closed at noon! It was a shame to miss it. But otherwise no complaints! Would stay there again.

Nice stay

Location is great, bed is very comfortable, room is good and also quiet in a busy area,, good air conditioning, the staff is really very nice, the pool area is also very nice. I can recommend the hotel.

there are 2 different buildings and it is a bit annoying to go from one building to another, it s the only negative and maybe the rooms would need a little update in the future but really it is fine.

Very pleasant hotel

The staff, reception, doormen, breakfast, cleaning everyone was very nice. Comfortable room and nice swimming pool after long hot day

One night a lot of noise of Japanese neighbours having the next room, but it is difficult the hotel to blame for that Furthermore the ATM aside the hotel for getting Thai Baht is really overcharging. I paid there 295 euro for 10.000 baht and elsewere only 272. Think that is not a good service Working on the street. Unfortunately they are improving the street around the hotel. Will take till february 2019. It is a bit of inconvenience, but not very much

A three weeks worthy of returning at any time to a service oriented atmosphere always willing to make life comfortable w

All employees plus the head manager are all friendly and accessible and ready to provide any legitimate service without hesitation and with a desire to make the customer comfortable and happy !!

I know the facilities are older than modern new hotels but the service crew and staff all tried to correct any problem as best as possible . So the attitude outweighs the aging problems and problems are almost always corrected

Good valve for money. Clean and secure with helpful staff

I stayed in a suite. Only one night but was well impressed. Didn't realise there is Dream 1&2. Same hotel but split in parts; only across the road from each other so no issue. Very up to date and clean. Buffet b/fast great. Good veggo options if you're into that. Very close to 24hr do-it-yourself laundry mat. Depending on time of year, very good value for money. 2am closing 7/11 store is connected to hotel. HANDY!

Really, only negative was a bit of a walk from main strip. 500m or so. Have hotel tuk tuk, but traffic so bad that its quicker to walk. Okay when not 99% humidity.

Great hotel which deserves it's 4 star rating, good location to public transport system.

Room was large and bed very comfortable. The room Attendant was very efficient in her job and was helpful with our request for change of pillows (soft to hard) and laundry service was good. Assistance from front desk was helpful in giving directions and ordering taxis.

Price for the laundry service, bit steep.

Breakfast & service were great! Hotel is good + great location! Bathrooms left us wondering: "why??"

clean hotel, great location, very friendly staff and good service! Great breakfast choices!

The overall stay was nice - but the bathroom layout(s) just dampened the good 3 days overall experience, therefore its noteworthy: 1. bathroom in the first room we had was equipped with a bathtub - unfortunately with a design-problem: water runs around the top of the bathtub and then slowly but steady to bathroom-floor (the staff was supportive and helped us to change to a room with a shower-cabin then). This seems to be a problem with all rooms having the same bathtub. 2. no rack for towels(!) in both rooms we had - this comes unhandy when you want to hang the towels, swimming clothes etc.. 3. no socket for the hairdryer in the bathroom (but outside in the bedroom) The rooms were simple/minimalistic (which is o.k.), but the bathrooms didn't meet normal hotel bathroom standards. For a mid-range price of approx. 3000 THB/night you might find a better value for money ration (also in Bangkok). So not only the blue design & lights are special but the bathrooms are special too ;)

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from train station and Terminal 21 mall. Breakfast was good. Rooms were nice.

I can't complain..... everything was okay the breakfast was very good and I loved it, to have a late breakfaast till 11am the staff was very helpfull and always polite and friendly to me

Dream hotel Bangkok

Nice staff. WiFi was strong. Close to lots of central Bangkok.

The blue lights in my bathroom didn't have a switch so they are always on. They shone through the bathroom door (frosted glass) so it was like sleeping with a nightlight. I had to use hotel slippers to cover the light!

Dream dream dream...

The staff were fantastic, the hotel itself is very nicely done out, the bed was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet catered for all. It was a brilliant find and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Would love to come back one day.

Nice hotel, i come her for 5 times last 2 year.

Nice hotel, i come her for 5 times last 2 year.Sometime i get a big room upgrade for free. Food is good, nice swimming pool. Rooms are nice and clean.

Staff could be beter, guy at reception didnt look to us or say hi when we walk in at night. Play with his phone was more important. Manager at check in is arrogant, white short guy about 25 years old.

It's location and cleanliness and relative high tech TV and modern security.

A 5 star that take your credit details want a deposit of 1000 bat cash...thats rediculous.! Breakfast as a 3 star hotel... No natural Juices just watermelon juice and cheap suger loaded cheap drinks Its more as a 3 star hotel
